I admire their valiant effort to stay out of the generic 1-10 scoring range and while it doesn't go under-appreciated it doesn't help the meta-score. I know that seems superficial but it's true. Every score helps.

Watching the developers conference for Heavy Rain with the real-time game play footage and some of the most gorgeous graphics to date, I personally think that Heavy Rain is gonna deliver for story-driven fans.

People will keep playing the same games over until something new comes out and so far the only new game with excellent multi-player is Killzone 2 and it's obviously not for Xbox 360.

Lol, you don't understand the economics, especially with Sony they look way into the future while your little brain looks 2 or 3 days in advance :).
Halo 3 had a total budget of 60 million, that's a pretty impressive number next to Killzone's 54 so far. In fact didn't Halo have something like 300 people working on it simultaneously? That's a pretty huge number compared to Guerilla's 140.
It's not Microsoft's fault they can't produce playable Killzone 2 graphics, the hardware just isn't good enough.
I've seen enough, I went to EBGames, pre-ordered my copy and a got a demo voucher, pre-ordered my GF Sims 3 as well.
